How we can help

Learning and development for individuals, teams and organisations
We’ll help you to develop skills, behaviours, attitudes and cultures to improve wellbeing

Whether you are seeking one-to-one coaching or team development, we will work with you to design a programme to address your particular needs and aspirations.

We also run four core programmes, both as private, in-house team development courses and as open courses for individuals. These run over two days, or over series of evenings.

Coaching

How can you achieve personal wellbeing and fulfilment?

During an initial, two-hour consultation, we’ll identify and agree what you seek to get out of your coaching experience and how we’ll help you transition from ‘good’ to ‘great’. It could be that a short set of sessions will suit you best, or perhaps a longer-term arrangement.

Examples might include:

  • Personal experience: seeking purpose in life; strengths-based assessment for a successful life journey; finding a new direction if you’ve become dissatisfied or disorientated.
  • Business persona: supporting you to be the best you can be at work, either in facing particular challenges or, more holistically, in seeking to improve your work life.
  • Business coaching: working on specific capabilities you need to improve your performance.

We can meet at a place of your choice in Bristol or London (or elsewhere by arrangement). We prefer face-to-face coaching but, if it suits you better, we can arrange coaching by phone or Skype.

Team development

We support teams to improve individual and collective performance.
We start with appreciative enquiry and discovery, defining what the team wants and needs to work on. In what ways is the team good at the moment? What do you do well? What would ‘great’ look and feel like?

From here we move to the design stage, discussing and agreeing what form/s the team development should take, before moving on to make it happen.

A team development programme might be an event, a series of events, classroom coaching and facilitation with exercises, or a medley of these. It can take place in traditional work time or after hours, and at a location to suit you.

“The ego isn’t wrong, it’s just unconscious. When you observe the ego in yourself, you are beginning to go beyond it. Don’t take the ego too seriously. When you detect egoic behavior in yourself, smile. At times you may even laugh. How could humanity have been taken in by this for so long?”
