Training course refund policy

At Added Vaue Learning Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Please review our refund policy below.

We offer refunds for training courses based on the following terms:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrolment 7 days before the start of the training course.
Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 days prior to the start date but before the course has begun, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
