Training course refund policy

At Added Vaue Learning Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Please review our refund policy below.

    We offer refunds for training courses based on the following terms:

1.1. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrolment 7 days before the start of the training course.
Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 days prior to the start date but before the course has begun, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Once the training has started (whether online or in-person), no refunds will be issued.

1.2. Non-Refundable Courses
Certain courses are non-refundable, including:
Downloadable or pre-recorded training materials.
Special promotions or discounted courses.
Custom or bespoke training designed specifically for you or your organization.

    If you are unable to attend the course but would like to transfer your enrolment to a future date or a different course, please contact us at least 10 days prior to the course start date. Transfers are allowed once per registration, and any price difference between courses will be charged or refunded accordingly.

    In the event that we cancel a training course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolments, instructor illness), you will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your enrolment to another course date or course.
  3. Online Courses and Webinars
    For online courses and webinars, our refund policy is as follows:
    Pre-recorded courses: No refunds will be offered once you have accessed or downloaded the content.
    Live webinars: If you are unable to attend a live webinar, we offer a recording, and therefore no refund will be provided after the session has aired.
    Technical issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the online training, please contact us at training@addedvaluelearning.co.uk for assistance. Refunds will not be provided for technical issues unless determined to be caused by our systems.
