With over 30 years of experience in personal, team, and organizational development, Byron Lee brings a wealth of expertise to his work with clients. Originally trained as a nurse, counsellor, and teacher, Byron’s enduring passion for learning has driven him to expand his knowledge through studies in coaching, mindfulness, research, and other relevant disciplines. His research into compassionate leadership and leadership well-being has profoundly influenced his approach, focusing on helping leaders cultivate mutually nourishing practices while maintaining their effectiveness in an increasingly complex, fluid, and fast-paced world.
