At Devon Partnership NHS Trust, we have worked with Byron for many years now, to help embed compassionate leadership across our organisation.
Byron is an incredible speaker, facilitator and trainer. Byron has delivered many compassionate leadership workshops for our colleagues, which are always fully booked and attendees feedback that the sessions are excellent, engaging and enjoyable, and Byron’s passion for his work always comes through. We are currently working with Byron to design and deliver a compassionate leadership programme for our Trust, which has included input from colleagues across the Trust and we look forward to seeing it launch later this year. Byron’s support for our organisation has helped colleagues to understand compassionate leadership, embrace self-compassion and provide great development opportunities.
