This interactive and supportive workshop provides an opportunity to explore our roles and responsibilities in addressing inequality and discrimination. How self-compassion and resilience are important vehicles for change, helping us to stay present in uncomfortable situations, to find our voice and contribute to building inclusive cultures.
Inclusive Allyship (link)
This collaborative workshop provides an opportunity to better understand the roots of direct, indirect and systemic racism and other forms of discrimination and how to relate this within their personal and working lives. It also covers simple and practical ways to support others and build inclusive practices that ultimately positively impact on everyone’s wellbeing.
A Personal Responsibility Approach to Change (link)
This highly personal workshop provides an opportunity to understand how microaggressions and microinvalidations can manifest and their impact. It sensitively explores the impact of our actions on others and ways to take personal responsibility for change.
