This one day experiential workshop is an introduction to how to build resilience through mindfulness.
The workshop will cover:

What is resilience
What is mindfulness
The benefits of mindfulness in a complex and challenging world
How to build resilience through mindfulness
Learning to respond rather than react to difficulties
Calming the mind in times of pressure
Finding the resources to ‘bounce back’

At the end of this workshop you will:

Understand the relationship between mindfulness and resilience and how being mindful can help in preparing, coping and recovering from the impact of difficulties we encounter in our lives

Have a much greater experiential understanding of mindfulness and how it can be applied to everyday life

Discover practical and workable ways of building resilience through mindfulness

Have a plan of how to continue to develop a mindfulness practice
